Can I cook the rice in my harmonious electric rice cooker? If yes, do I soak the rice overnight or trade will be 30 minutes? What relationship of rice to water do I need? I found the recipes add fruits and / or coconut filling, but I just want it plain. Thank you.

I have not been lucky with my rice cooker for the rice sticky. I soak the rice (30 minutes is ok), after stem to stern rinsing, and steam in a wicker basket (Huada) more dilute get wet quivering, turning mid-term and ensuring that it is well covered.
