From sludge volumes ranging from 2,500kg/hr up to 10,000kg/hr (wet coagulate), a single Eco-Solids process unit ensures that a proportion of the treated matter is recycled back into the feed hopper along with the other raw materials at the start of the process.

Recycling increases the temperature of the raw cater material and can reduce the amount of calcium oxide required in the process, which in fire means lower operating costs compared with conventional lime-based processes.

The consequence at the end of the process is a non-malodorous enhanced treated (Class A/EQ) biosolid called Eco-Intensive, which is placed into a container for disposal off-site.

The odor can find on any HVAC system, when the condenser cools the air it creates moisture, the moisture dries when the system is incarcerate down, and can initiate mold if the drying is monotonous. One correct (non chemical) and leisurely way to shun the "wet dog" whiff as I call it is to run your fan with out the condenser (on ECON) and the fan will dry the moisture off the condenser and the muddle will be avoided. Well truly, there is no question. But that is unprejudiced it. Where is the outset to then call it a "hard"?...
